The BUBBLE Chair is an All Polymer chair made from Polypropylene and Glass Fibre (15%) giving a matt finish. Stacks efficiently up to 10 high. Suitable for outdoor use.Available in two seat heights to cover secondary and further education. Size Mark 6=46cm, Mark 5=43cm. For the restaurant and leisure industry we will supply the standard adult seat height of 46cm. Available in the following colours: Black / White / Cream / Yellow / Lime / Orange / Red / Blue (Royal) / Blue (Sky) / Grey (Light).
As a result of being All Polymer the chair is 100% recyclable at end of life and is engraved with the Polypropylene recycling symbol. The manufacture of the chair is carried out on a very modern (1 year old) low energy Krauss Maffei injection moulding machine – The process is fully automated.
The BUBBLE chair is manufactured using a patented Air Moulding injection mould technique thereby optimising all aspects of the moulding process resulting in a strong and durable but light weight (3.2 kg) chair.
In addition because the Chair is made in the UK (West Midlands) the Carbon Footprint with regards to transport to UK destinations is very low. The manufacturing company are ISO 9000 registered and are working towards TS16 949 a very rigorous automotive industry standards (target November).

The manufacturing process to produce the BUBBLE Chair produces or uses: No CFCs No Ozone Depleting Substances Zero Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Zero Formaldehyde Zero PVC We aim to maximize recycled material by using up to 10% recycled material.
